☾ we do not accept any cancellation / refunds / return or exchanges because your parcel is damaged / lost.
❆ if you purchase a defective product (which is already known to you). it is also not applicable to above mentioned actions.
☾ however, you can let us know if you didn't receive your parcel after shipping the order, within the delivery timeline (1-3 months), or received a damaged parcel, so that we can make a complaint to the shipping company.
❆ refunds are by default only applicable for the stated reason : If the pre-order slots don't fill the required amount, pre-order time increases, even after the increase if the slots aren't filled the order will be cancelled and refund will be initiated, to your original payment method, excluding any transaction charges.
☾ after shipping the order, if the order is returned to us because the addressee couldn't be found, or the addressee didn't collect their parcel from the post office, we are not responsible to pay the shipping fee and send out the order again. the buyer will be emailed if they want their order to be sent again for which they will be asked to pay shipping again if not, the order will be canceled and no refund will be provided.
❆ we are not responsible for paying any custom fees of your country.
☾ if there's an item missing or you received a wrong product, which is a mistake from our end, we will be needing you to send a complete unboxing video of our parcel. the video should begin with unpacking the parcel from its outermost packaging. the video should not be of a parcel which is already opened & its being pretended to be an unboxing of an unopened parcel. you can send the video on our instagram: @nycteflake or our email [email protected], along with your order number. so that we can provide you with the needed action.
